Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, gloves, time and temp checks.
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Train and evaluate front of house crew.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration and supplies.
