Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the crew delivers great service. You’ll keep a clean, organized line and train team members.

The role requires on-your-feet work, leadership, and a commitment to food safety, with opportunities to develop future Service Leaders and to contribute to a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keeping the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• On-your-feet work while clocked in, with tasks completed when busy.
• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front of house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies.
