Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• The Service Leader ensures a positive customer experience by serving safe, quality food.
• Maintains a clean, organized line and well-trained crew for good customer service.
• Monitors hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature, and food safety checklists.
• Resolves customer incidents and supports positive experiences.
• Assists with breaks, shifts, and line scheduling; cross-trains crew.
• Supports crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Performs office tasks like banking, cash handling, and paperwork as needed.
• Keeps office equipment and supplies in good order.
