Qualifications

• High school diploma required; restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized; ensure equipment is functioning.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support the crew.
• Assist with office tasks such as banking and paperwork as needed.
• Support management in driving continuous improvement and service standards.
