Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized service line and functioning equipment; assist when idle.
• Support crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office tasks, banking and cash handling policies as needed.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are in good working order.
