Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader in Sunbury, Ohio. You’ll ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and focused on excellent customer service.

You’ll stay on your feet on the floor, stepping in to help when busy and coordinating tasks to keep the line running smoothly. You’ll bring knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and office paperwork, plus a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and maintain safety standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety practices and procedures.
• Support positive customer experiences by addressing incidents.
• Oversee crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support development of future Service Leaders and assist with office duties.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and office equipment functions properly.
