Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Cleveland, OH is hiring a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep the line clean and organized and supervise daily operations.

Responsibilities include serving high-quality food, resolving quality issues, maintaining food safety, supporting customer interactions, and helping schedule and train front-of-house staff. Previous restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in restaurant or fast-food settings preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Ability to speak/read/write the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, temperature monitoring, daily checklist.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Handle office administration duties such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
