Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in handling cash and following food safety policies.
• Restaurant background with customer-service focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality, safe food on the line and ensure a clean, organized service area.
• Resolve food quality issues and assist with customer concerns to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor time, temperature, and shelf life; follow Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Assist with crew breaks, shifts, and training; participate in performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support office tasks and ensure supplies and equipment are properly maintained.
