Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will manage a clean line, monitor line operations, and support front-of-house training and office tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and daily safety checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies, paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
