Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. This role focuses on maintaining a clean line, training front-of-house staff, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The position requires knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and office procedures. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on their feet while clocked in, and assist others with tasks during idle times.
• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with developing future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are available and in working order.
