Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and well-trained crew. You’ll manage a clean, efficient line and support daily operations with a hands-on approach.

The role requires restaurant experience, a high school diploma, knowledge of cash handling and food safety, and the ability to communicate clearly. You’ll collaborate with teammates to deliver great service and uphold Chipotle’s Food with Integrity ethos.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with office duties as needed.
