Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality food is served and maintains great tasting standards.
• Assist in resolving food quality issues promptly.
• Support food safety practices, including hand washing, glove changes, and line temperature checks.
• Address customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development.
• Help grow future Service Leaders within the team.
• Support office duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Keep office equipment functioning and manage supplies.
