Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food and trained crew. You’ll keep the line organized, monitor equipment, and support staff with training and break schedules.

You will help resolve customer incidents, participate in line operations, and assist with office duties. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew training and scheduling tasks.
• Resolve customer incidents and support positive customer experiences.
