Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a safe, high-quality dining experience and outstanding customer service. You will mentor and train crew, maintain a clean, efficient line, and drive food safety practices across the shift.

In this role you will handle cash and inventory tasks, support daily operations, and help develop future Service Leaders. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required, with opportunities for advancement and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge.
• Food safety knowledge and health department compliance.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s philosophy.
• Speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high-quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices on the line.
