Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the restaurant crew is well trained. You’ll keep a clean, organized line with functioning equipment and work on your feet during shifts.

Responsibilities include ensuring high standards of food safety, resolving customer incidents, monitoring shifts and breaks, and developing front-of-house staff for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Familiar with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Able to read/write/speak the work location language and have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and incidents.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance and future leaders development.
• Handle miscellaneous office tasks and maintain supplies.
