Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served. The role also entails training the restaurant crew, maintaining a clean, organized line, and supporting daily operations on the line and office tasks.

The Service Leader will monitor food safety practices, assist with crew breaks and shifts, develop front-of-house staff, and contribute to ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and cash handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant crew well trained and provide good customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure office equipment and supplies are available.
