Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Tallahassee is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, quality food and by training the restaurant crew. This role requires staying on the line on your feet, managing flow, and stepping in to help when busy.

You will uphold Chipotle’s standards, monitor food safety, schedule crew, and support office tasks such as banking and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, and daily safety checklists.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered.
