Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Florida is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served and the crew is well trained. The role includes keeping the line organized, monitoring time/temperature and supporting food safety policies.

You will assist with crew breaks and schedules, help with training, and participate in office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks on the line.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; develop front‑of‑house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with miscellaneous office duties.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
