Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained. You will be on your feet, manage the line, and assist with training and office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include preventing food quality issues, supporting food safety policies, and helping resolve customer incidents while maintaining a clean, organized line and staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality food is prepared and served to customers.
• Assist in resolving food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety practices, including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and daily safety checklists.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; train and develop front-of-house Crew.
