Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Florida to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. The role supports line operations, training, and staff scheduling to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

The Service Leader will develop and cross-train front-of-house crew, assist with performance reviews, and help manage office duties and supplies while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and standards.

Qualifications

• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge.
• Food safety knowledge and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork processes.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and maintain safety standards.
• Monitor line time, temperature, and shelf lives; follow safety checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents and foster positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; assist with training.
