Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader who ensures a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, quality food and training the restaurant crew. The role involves keeping a clean, organized line and guiding staff across shifts to meet high standards.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time & temperature on the line, Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
