Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food, training the restaurant crew, and keeping the line organized and efficient. You will assess tasks when busy and assist teammates as needed.

The role emphasizes food safety, crew supervision, and ongoing development of future Service Leaders, with opportunities for advancement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents; ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration: banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in order.
