Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience through safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep the line clean, organized, and fully functional while clocked in, and help others when busy.

The role requires hands-on supervision, schedule monitoring, and ongoing staff development. This is a full-time, on-site position offering opportunities for advancement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with performance reviews and with developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies are adequate.
• Maintain functioning line equipment and keep the line organized.
