Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by delivering safe, high-quality food and training a strong restaurant crew. You will keep the line clean and organized, monitor food safety, and help develop future Service Leaders while upholding Chipotle’s standards.

You will support scheduling, breaks, and office duties, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient dining environment where guests receive great service.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Have familiarity with office paperwork
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
• Have a high school diploma
• Have restaurant experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning line equipment.
• Help monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with office administration duties.
