Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a clean, safe, high‑quality line and training the restaurant crew. The role involves hands‑on line work, coaching crew, and ensuring policies are followed to support excellent guest service.

You will monitor schedules, assist with training and performance reviews, and help with day‑to‑day office tasks while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies is important.
• Food safety knowledge is essential.

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Support food safety and proper hand washing, glove changes, and temperature checks.
• Assist with crew management, breaks, and line scheduling.
• Develop front-of-house crew and contribute to crew performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration and maintain equipment and supplies.
