Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

You will maintain a clean line, train crew, monitor schedules, and assist with administration while fostering growth into future Service Leaders. The role values experience in food safety, cash handling, and front-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant crew well trained and providing good customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist others when not busy.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and with advancing leadership.
• Support office administration duties and banking/cash handling responsibilities.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are kept in working order.
