Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for a Service Leader to ensure safe and high‑quality food is prepared and served while training a strong restaurant crew. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean line, supervising breaks, and assisting with tasks when the restaurant is busy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Understanding cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and organizational tasks.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew, schedule breaks, and assist with tasks when busy.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; participate in performance reviews.
• Support crew formation of future Service Leaders and assist with office duties as needed.
