Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food and trained staff. The role emphasizes line organization, safety checks, and helping the crew deliver excellent service.

The position requires hands-on leadership, flexibility, and a focus on training and developing future Service Leaders while supporting front‑of‑house operations. This is a full‑time, on‑site opportunity at a Chipotle location.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and proper temperature monitoring.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with developing future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered as needed.
