Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role involves keeping a clean, organized line and training the restaurant crew to deliver excellent service.

You will be on your feet during shifts, stepping in to assist when busy and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate has restaurant experience, knowledge of cash handling, and a HS diploma.

Formación

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Understanding cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with basic office paperwork and records.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food on the line.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety practices.
• Monitor line timing, shelf lives, and safety checklists.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; support performance reviews.
