Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, and the restaurant crew is trained to deliver great service.

The role also involves maintaining a clean line and assisting with training and daily operations. You will be on your feet during shifts, evaluate tasks when busy, support crew performance, and help with office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Be familiar with office paperwork.
• Speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning; supervise crew on breaks and changes.
• Assist with crew training, performance reviews, and developing future leaders.
• Support office administration and banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
