Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. You will keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.

The role requires staying on your feet during shifts and assisting with tasks as needed. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
