Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role also involves training crew, maintaining an orderly line, and supporting shifts and office tasks as needed.

You will help resolve food safety and quality issues, monitor breaks and line schedules, and contribute to developing future Service Leaders within a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience in restaurant operations and customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and cash-handling policies is important.
• Ability to understand and communicate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes; participate in office duties as needed.
• Assist with supervision and development of future Service Leaders.
