Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring for a Service Leader role in the United States. You will ensure safe and quality food is prepared and served, and the restaurant crew is well trained to provide excellent customer service.

You’ll supervise line operations, breaks, and schedules while contributing to a positive guest experience and staff development. Responsibilities include maintaining food safety practices, resolving incidents, and assisting with office tasks and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature on the line, shelf life tracking, and safety checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and working.
