You will help resolve food quality issues, monitor line timing, and assist with crew performance and cross-training. A high school diploma is required and restaurant experience is preferred; compensation reflects hospitality

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.

Responsibilities
