Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep a clean, efficient line, supervise line equipment, and guide crews to deliver excellent service in a fast-casual setting.

The role requires on-your-feet leadership, adherence to safety policies, and proactive task coordination. Prior restaurant experience and high school diploma are needed to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Assist in resolving food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Resolve customer incidents and promote positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
