Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and by training and supporting the restaurant crew. The role involves keeping the line clean, organized, and properly equipped, and stepping in to help with tasks when busy.

You will also monitor breaks, shifts, and meetings, develop front-of-house crew, and assist with related office duties. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Train and support the restaurant crew in service standards.
• Assist with crew breaks, shifts, and meetings; monitor line schedules.
• Assist with office duties and paperwork as needed.
