Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. You will train the restaurant crew, maintain a clean line, and assist with scheduling and office duties.

The role requires knowledge of cash handling policies, food safety, and familiarity with office paperwork. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are preferred, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and health department matters.
• Able to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Ensure the crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Keep a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
