Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience and ensure safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You’ll lead a restaurant crew, train staff, monitor line operations, and support daily administrative tasks.

You will help resolve food quality issues, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to a pleasant dining environment with a focus on service excellence. This role offers growth opportunities within a values-driven company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and general administrative tasks.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Assist in resolving food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks.
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
