Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role requires keeping a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment and supervising a trained restaurant crew.

You will evaluate tasks, assist with other duties when busy, and contribute to ongoing training and development of front-of-house staff while supporting daily operations and office administration as needed.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks and shifts, and cross-train front-of-house staff.
• Support crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and inventory of supplies.
