Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is served and the restaurant crew is well trained. You will maintain a clean, organized line and help schedule shifts while guiding front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities include monitoring food safety practices, resolving customer incidents, and assisting with crew performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Must understand and apply Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures required.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department regulations.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Monitor and improve food safety practices (hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature).
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration tasks and maintain stock and supplies.
