Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while training and guiding the restaurant crew. This role keeps the line organized, equipment functional, and staff focused on delivering great service.

You will supervise breaks and shifts, develop team members, and participate in office duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and safe for customers.
• Resolve food quality issues and handle customer incidents.
• Monitor line equipment and keep the line clean and efficient.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Develop front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office duties and maintaining supplies.
