Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You’ll maintain a clean line, monitor safety practices, and supervise tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature on the line, shelf life monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties like banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered as needed.
