Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You’ll keep the line organized, monitor equipment, and guide crew training and performance reviews to develop future leaders.

You will also assist with office tasks, inventory, and shift coordination while fostering a clean, efficient restaurant environment in Sedona. Previous restaurant experience and strong cash handling knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Assist with crew scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Support office duties and ensure supplies are available as needed.
