Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served. You will oversee a clean, organized line and ensure equipment works properly, while guiding the crew and supporting training initiatives.

You’ll play a key role in monitoring breaks and shifts, assisting with performance reviews, and helping to develop future leaders.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew on breaks, shifts, and line schedules; assist with training and performance reviews.
• Help develop future Service Leaders and support office administration tasks as needed.
