Job summary

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiar with Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write and speak the primary language of the work location.
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Comfort with office paperwork and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the service line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist crew with breaks, shifts, and line schedules as needed.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew members.
• Support crew performance reviews and help future Service Leaders grow.
• Handle routine office duties and maintain banking and cash policies.
