Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Rumford, RI is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. You will keep the line clean and equipment functioning, train front-of-house staff, and assist with scheduling and crew development.

The role requires standing on your feet, managing tasks when busy, and supporting administrative duties including banking and cash handling. Prior restaurant experience and knowledge of food safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand work location languages.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety.
• Monitor time and temperature, gloves, and dailyFood safety checklist.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Support office administration tasks and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are kept in working order.
