Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Ensure crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functional equipment.
• Monitor line time, temperatures, and shelf lives for food safety.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and meetings; support training.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with performance reviews.
• Handle office duties like banking, cash handling, and paperwork as needed.
