Chipotle Mexican Grill in East Greenwich, RI is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive guest experience. You will train and supervise crew, manage line operations, and handle cashier duties while upholding food safety standards.

Responsibilities include resolving food quality issues, monitoring time/temperature, coordinating breaks and shifts, and assisting with office tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; restaurant experience preferred.
• Understand cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety regulations and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork and administrative duties.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with functioning equipment; supervise crew on shifts and breaks.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents; monitor line timing and temperatures.
• Support crew training, performance reviews, and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration, banking, cash handling policies, and supplies.
• Contribute to staffing, shift changes, and line schedule management.
