Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role focuses on cleanliness, proper line operation, and proactive tasking when idle.

You will lead front-of-house staff, monitor breaks and schedules, and support crew development. An emphasis on Food With Integrity and strong cash handling policies is required.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant crew well trained and provide good customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
• Be on feet while clocked in; assist with tasks when not busy.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties including banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available.
