Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift meetings.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Support office administration tasks and ensure supplies are available as needed.
